Most Smart repairs run one to four days, and parts drive it. Smart left the US market, so pieces are usually ordered in and can take a couple of days, which we will flag up front. Day one is testing and inspection with photos and a written estimate. The car is small, but the parts hunt is the slow part, not the labor. Walk-ins are fine for drop-offs, and we can usually get you in the same day or the next.
