Every Bump, and the Clunk Over It
Rough roads are hard on a suspension, and they wear it down a little at a time.
You notice the rough ride, the clunk over a bump, or the nose dipping when you brake. You wonder if it is just shocks or something bigger.
We get it, and we do not want to guess any more than you do.
So we put it on the lift, inspect the whole system, show you what is worn, and only fix what needs it.
We'll tell you what's going on before we do any work. We got you.
Why We Check the Whole Corner
A bad shock or a worn control-arm bushing throws off your tires, your alignment, even your braking. Fix one part and ignore the rest and you are back soon for the same complaint. So we check the whole corner and tell you the full picture, then fix it right the first time.
A weak shock or bushing puts extra load on the parts around it, so small wear spreads.
Worn parts let the tires bounce and scrub, and that cups and feathers the tread fast.
Suspension is a safety system. Worn parts lengthen stops and make the vehicle wander.
We show you the play and the wear right on the rack, then you decide.

On the Lift
| Part | What it does | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Struts & shocks | Control the bounce and keep tires on the road | Worn ones float, bounce, and lengthen your stops |
| Coil & leaf springs | Carry the weight and set ride height | A sagging or broken spring rides low and rough |
| Control arms & bushings | Locate the wheels | Worn bushings clunk and throw off your alignment |
| Ball joints | Let the wheels pivot | A bad one is a real safety risk |
| Tie rods & ends | Connect steering to the wheels | Wear here causes loose steering and tire wear |
| Sway bar & links | Keep it flat in turns | Worn links rattle and let the body lean |
| Wheel bearings & hubs | Let the wheels spin smooth | A bad bearing hums or growls as you drive |
| Steering rack & pump | Turn the wheels | Leaks and play make steering hard or loose |

From Real Customers
★★★★★
“I've taken my vehicles to pep boys, Firestone, Christian brothers and this is by far the best spot to go. They fixed an issue I had pep boys 'fix' about a year ago and they did it quicker and cheaper.”

“They were very honest in what would need to be done to be safe to drive again, and not just a pushy sale.”
Jennifer Stair, Google review
★★★★★
“They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in clear, simple terms. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice, and they even followed up afterward.”

We never let a customer drive off without the whole truth first. That's the promise.
Quick Answers Before You Book
A rough or bouncy ride, longer stops, or cupped tire wear are the usual signs. We inspect the whole system on the lift to be sure before we recommend anything.
Yes. We handle suspension and steering on cars, SUVs, and heavy work trucks, 1996 and newer, including fleet vehicles.
It can be worn suspension, alignment, or both. We check the suspension first, because an alignment will not hold on worn parts.
Worn parts change how you stop and steer, and a failing ball joint can be dangerous, so it is worth an inspection sooner rather than later.
Many jobs are done the same day. It depends on what your vehicle needs, and we give you a clear timeline once we've looked it over.
It depends on what is actually worn, and we won't guess. We inspect it, show you the photos, and give you a written estimate you approve before any work.
