You Drive a Rivian
A Rivian is heavy, quick, and built to go off the pavement. All of that is hard on tires, alignment, and suspension, and none of it takes the day off.
You do not need to drive to a far-off service center for the everyday stuff. We handle the wear items, tires, brakes, suspension parts, wheel bearings, and diagnostics.
We will not open the high-voltage battery pack or the drive units. That work belongs at Rivian, and we will tell you plainly when a job is theirs and not ours.

A Rivian has no fuel system to service, so most BG products do not apply. What we do carry from BG is brake service and coolant service, which support the brakes and the thermal-loop coolant your truck relies on.

No, and we will be honest about it. High-voltage pack and drive-unit work belongs at Rivian. We handle tires, brakes, suspension, alignment, A/C, and diagnostics.
We can check it for leaks and worn parts we can access, and diagnose what is going on. Some of the deeper module work may belong at Rivian, and we will tell you straight either way.
The weight and the instant torque are hard on tires, especially off-road. We measure the tread, check your alignment, and show you the wear on your phone.
Yes. Because regen does most of the slowing, the calipers can sit unused and seize. We clean and free them up so they work when you really need them.
Yes. Most repairs carry our nationwide 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty. If something we fixed gives you trouble, we make it right.
Most Rivian jobs are short, since we handle the wear items rather than the high-voltage side. Tires, brakes, alignment, and suspension usually run one to two days, and an alignment is often same day. Day one is inspection with photos and a written estimate. Rivian-specific parts can take an extra day to arrive, and we will tell you when that is the holdup. Walk-ins are fine for drop-offs, and we can usually get you in the same day or the next.
