You Drive an Audi
Audi builds a car that feels planted and quick. Behind that are turbo engines and Quattro all-wheel drive that need someone who knows them.
You also want the truth about what your car needs. Not a padded quote, and not a guess about that light on the dash.
So we test the real cause, send the photos to your phone, and give you a written estimate before we start.
You approve the work first, always. We got you.
Under the Hood
| Audi issue we see | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Carbon buildup on the intake valves of the 2.0T direct-injection engine | Direct injection lets carbon cake on the valves and causes a rough idle and lost power. We check for it with a scope and show you the photos before we clean it. |
| Timing chain tensioner failure on the 2.0T and 3.0 engines | A weak tensioner can let the chain jump and damage the engine. We scan for timing codes, check the tensioner, and lay out your options honestly. |
| Oil consumption on some early 2.0T engines | Worn piston rings can make these engines burn oil between changes. We run an honest oil consumption check before recommending any big repair. |
| Water pump and thermostat leaks from the plastic housing | The plastic pump and housing crack with heat and age. We pressure-test the cooling system and tell you straight what is leaking. |
| DSG and S tronic transmission service | These dual-clutch gearboxes need the right fluid and filter service on schedule. We check the fluid condition and service it the correct way. |
| Rough idle from a failed PCV valve | A stuck PCV valve throws codes and can cause a whistle or rough idle. We test it and replace only what has failed. |
| Quattro all-wheel-drive and Haldex service | The Haldex system needs fluid service to work right and last. We check the driveline and service it so you keep your grip. |
| Check engine light or lost power | We pull the codes, test the real cause, and send photos before we quote a thing. |

Quick Answers Before You Book
We work on Audi regularly. From the A4 and A6 to the Q5 and Q7, we know the 2.0T engines, the timing components, and Quattro all-wheel drive.
On a direct-injection engine that often means carbon buildup on the intake valves. We check it with a scope and show you the photos before we clean anything.
Yes. You get dealer-level know-how without the dealer bill. We test the real cause, send photos to your phone, and give you a written estimate you approve first.
Most likely, yes. We service Audi cars and SUVs from 1996 and newer, from the A3 and A4 to the Q7 and the S models.
Yes. Most repairs carry our nationwide 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty, and most engine and transmission work carries 3 years or 100,000 miles. If something we fixed gives you trouble, we make it right.
One to four days covers most Audi work. Day one is testing and inspection with photos and a written estimate you approve. Audi parts are a mix, some local and some ordered in, so they show up day two or three and we wrap day three or four. Bigger engine or transmission jobs run about a week, and a hard-to-find part can add to that. Walk-ins are fine for drop-offs, and we can usually get you in the same day or the next.
