You Drive an Isuzu
Isuzu stopped selling passenger trucks and SUVs in the US years ago, but plenty of Rodeos, Troopers, and Ascenders are still on the road here in Oklahoma.
Because the passenger models are older, some parts take longer to find. We tell you that up front and never leave you guessing on timing.
We test the real cause, send the photos to your phone, and give you a written estimate before we touch a thing.
Give us a call about your Isuzu. We will tell you honestly what it needs and what it is worth. We got you.
Under the Hood
| Isuzu issue we see | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Oil use and timing belt intervals on the Rodeo and Trooper V6 | We check the oil consumption, inspect the timing belt, and do the belt job the right way so it does not leave you stranded. |
| Frame and brake-line rust on older Rodeo and Amigo trucks | We inspect the frame, brake lines, and fuel lines for rust and show you any weak spots in photos before we quote anything. |
| Rough shifts or slipping on the older automatic transmission | We check the fluid condition and road-test it, then give you an honest read on service versus repair. |
| Front suspension, ball joint, and steering wear on the trucks | We inspect the ball joints, tie rods, and bushings for play and show you the worn parts before any work. |
| Check engine light or a rough idle | We pull the codes, test the real cause, and send photos before we quote a thing. |
| Hard-to-find parts on the discontinued models | We source what we can and are honest when a part is tough to get, so you can make a smart call on the repair. |

Quick Answers Before You Book
For a lot of the SUVs, yes, though some parts take longer now. We tell you up front what the timing looks like before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Yes. We diagnose the 4WD, transfer case, and front differential, road-test it, and show you what we find in photos before any work, so you get a straight answer on what it needs.
Often, yes, and we will be honest either way. We inspect it, show you the photos, and tell you plainly what it needs so you can make a smart call.
Yes. On older Rodeos and Amigos we check the frame, brake lines, and fuel lines for rust and show you any weak spots before we quote a repair.
Yes. Most repairs carry our nationwide 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty, and most engine and transmission work carries 3 years or 100,000 miles. If something we fixed gives you trouble, we make it right.
Most Isuzu work runs one to four days. Isuzu stopped selling passenger vehicles here, so some parts take longer to source and we will tell you that before the wait, not after. A lot of the SUVs share with GM, which helps on common pieces. Day one is testing, inspection, photos, and a written estimate you approve. Walk-ins are fine for drop-offs, and we can usually get you in the same day or the next.
