You Drive a Jeep
Jeep goes places other vehicles won't, and that means real wear on the suspension, steering, and drivetrain. From a lifted Wrangler to a loaded Grand Cherokee, yours deserves a shop that knows it.
You also want the truth. Not a repair you don't need, and not a guess about the noise you keep hearing.
So we test the real cause, send the photos to your phone, and give you a written estimate before we start.
We'll show you what's going on before we do any work. We got you.
Under the Hood
| Jeep issue we see | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Death wobble on the Wrangler front end | This is a known Wrangler issue, and we inspect the track bar, ball joints, steering damper, and tie rods to find the loose part causing it. |
| Rough idle or misfire on the early 3.6 Pentastar | The left cylinder head on some early 3.6 engines is a known failure. We test the misfire, confirm the head, and show you the data. |
| Water pump leaks on the 3.6 Pentastar | This pump is driven by the timing chain, so we explain exactly what the job involves and why it matters. |
| Oil consumption or turbo concerns on the 2.0T | We do a proper oil check and scan the turbo system, then show you what we find before any engine talk. |
| Harsh or hunting shifts on the 9-speed Cherokee | We check the fluid condition and shift data, road-test it, and service or repair based on what we truly find. |
| Hard shifts on the Grand Cherokee 8-speed | We check fluid and shift data, road-test it, and give you an honest read instead of guessing. |
| Lifter tick on the 5.7 Hemi Grand Cherokee | This is a known Hemi concern, so we listen, scan for misfire and cylinder-deactivation codes, and show you what we find. |
| Check engine light or rough running | We pull the codes, test the real cause, and send photos before we quote a thing. |

Some early 3.6 Pentastar engines had a left cylinder head fail and cause a misfire and rough idle. We test the misfire, confirm the cause, and show you the data so you know it's real.

Yes. We service the 3.0 EcoDiesel along with the gas Jeeps. Bring it in and we'll scan it, test the real cause, and show you what it needs.
Yes. Most repairs carry our nationwide 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty, and most engine and transmission work carries 3 years or 100,000 miles. If something we fixed gives you trouble, we make it right.
Most Jeep work runs one to four days. We test and inspect on day one, text you photos, and get your approval on a written estimate. Jeep parts are everywhere around here, so they land day two or three and we finish day three or four. A big engine or transmission job is about a week. Most brake jobs are out the same day. Walk-ins are fine for drop-offs, and we can usually get you in the same day or the next.
