Step one
Year, make, model, and what it's doing. The VIN helps us pull the right parts the first time.
Step two
Somebody at your shop actually reads what you sent. If we need more from you, we'll call or text.
Step three
You approve it before we start. No surprises when you come to pick it up.
Straight with you
Some repairs we can't price honestly until we see the car. A noise that comes and goes, a pulse in the brakes, a check engine light with three codes behind it. If yours is one of those, we'll tell you that and get you on the schedule for a diagnosis. We'd rather say we need to look than make up a number.
Already know what you need?
If you already know what's wrong, you don't have to wait on us to write anything up. Booking is open around the clock, so you can do it at 11 at night in your driveway if that's when you think of it.
You won't sit on hold, and you won't have to wait until we open in the morning.
Call whichever one is closer and we'll point you the right way. If it turns out the other shop is a better fit for your vehicle, we'll tell you that too.
