Role Summary:

As a Technician at Patriot Garage, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction through precision and efficiency. This role requires an innovative problem solver who can adapt to various automotive challenges while maintaining a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and ensure proper use of all equipment.
• Communicate with service advisors about vehicle statuses, and ensure a clear and precise understanding of condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an A Level Technician.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
