You Drive a Lincoln
Lincoln pairs Ford engineering with real comfort, and that mix means your SUV or sedan deserves a shop that understands both sides. We know the EcoBoost under the hood and the air ride under the frame.
You also want the truth. Not a repair you don't need, and not a guess about what that warning light really means.
So we test the actual cause, send the photos straight to your phone, and hand you a written estimate before we lift a wrench.
You'll know what's going on before we start. We've got your back.
Under the Hood
| Lincoln issue we see | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Cam phaser rattle on the 3.5L EcoBoost | We scan for timing codes, check the phasers and chain wear, and show you the parts on your phone before any work. |
| Air suspension sagging on the Navigator | We test the compressor, air springs, and ride-height sensors, then show you exactly which part is leaking or worn. |
| Rough or clunky shifts from the 10-speed | We check the fluid condition and shift data, road-test it, and service or repair based on what we actually find. |
| Water pump leaks on the 3.5L and 3.7L V6 | This pump runs off the timing chain, so we tell you straight what the job involves and why it matters. |
| Adaptive suspension warning on Aviator and Nautilus | We read the ride-control codes and test the dampers and sensors so you only pay for the part that failed. |
| Coolant loss on the smaller EcoBoost engines | We pressure-test the cooling system and check for coolant reaching a cylinder, a known concern we catch early. |
| Roof or door drain leaks | We trace where the water is really getting in and clear or repair the drains instead of guessing. |
| Check engine light or rough idle | We pull the codes, test the real cause, and send photos before we quote a thing. |

Quick Answers Before You Book
Yes. We test the compressor, air springs, and ride-height sensors, then show you the photos so you know which part actually failed before you spend a dime.
It can be. On the 3.5L EcoBoost that rattle often points to the cam phasers or timing parts. We scan it, check the wear, and show you the photos before any work.
Most likely, yes. We service Lincoln cars and SUVs from 1996 and newer, from the Town Car and LS to the Corsair, Nautilus, and Navigator.
Yes. If your 10-speed shifts rough, we check the fluid and shift data, road-test it, and tell you what it really needs instead of guessing.
Yes. Most repairs carry our nationwide 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty, and most engine and transmission work carries 3 years or 100,000 miles. If something we fixed acts up, we make it right.
One to four days for most Lincoln work. We test and inspect on day one and send photos with a written estimate to approve. Lincoln shares plenty with Ford, so most parts come quickly, day two or three, and we finish day three or four. Air suspension and electronics can take longer to source. Engine and transmission jobs run about a week. Walk-ins are fine for drop-offs, and we can usually get you in the same day or the next.
