Ownership Opportunity · Oklahoma

You know cars. Now own the shop.

We are growing across Oklahoma by partnering with technicians and auto repair industry leaders who are ready to own. You run the shop. We own half of it alongside you, and we carry the lease, the equipment, and the back office.

Why We Are Doing This

Most good shop people never get to own.

You already do the hard part. Maybe you diagnose what other shops guess at. Maybe you are the one who keeps the bays moving and the customers calm. Either way, you have run somebody else's shop well enough to know you could run your own.

What usually stops a good shop person from owning is not skill. It is everything around the skill. The lease. The lifts. Pricing. Hiring. Software. Warranty claims. Getting the phone to ring in the first place.

That is the part we have already built and tested across two shops. We would rather hand it to somebody who has earned it than open another location ourselves.

The Partnership

You own half your shop. We own half.

This is a partnership, not a license. We are on the paperwork and on the money with you, which means the hardest parts of opening a shop are not yours to solve alone.

We sign the lease

Patriot Garage Auto Repair LLC signs the building lease, not you. A personal guarantee on a decade of rent is the wall most good shop people hit. That one is ours to carry.

We buy the equipment

Lifts, the alignment rack, diagnostic tools, the shop software. We buy it, we install it, and we own it. You are not financing a building full of steel before you write your first repair order.

We run the back office

Accounting, payroll, HR systems, vendor pricing, and the marketing all run through the central office. You get monthly financials instead of building a bookkeeping department.

What You Get

The parts that are already built.

A name people already trust

Two shops, 580 Google reviews, and a 4.9 rating in Yukon. You open with a reputation instead of spending three years building one.

The warranty behind your work

Nationwide coverage on most repairs, and 3 years or 100,000 miles on bigger jobs. That is a hard thing for a single shop to offer on its own.

The digital inspection system

Photos go to the customer's phone before any work is approved. It is the single biggest reason our customers say yes without arguing about price.

Pricing that holds up

Written estimates, no dealership markup, no padded bills. You will not have to invent your pricing model or defend it.

Parts pricing you could not get alone

You buy through supplier relationships built across the whole company, not the ones a brand new single shop can negotiate on its first day.

Somebody to call

You will be running your own shop, not left alone with it. When something breaks that you have not seen before, we have probably already seen it.

Who This Is For

This is not for everybody.

You know the work

You can diagnose, or you have run the floor for people who can. You are not looking to buy a job you do not understand.

You care how customers get treated

If you have ever been embarrassed by how a shop handled someone, we want to talk to you.

You want to stay in Oklahoma

We are growing here, close enough to actually help. Yukon and Tulsa are open now.

You are ready to run it full time

Operating partners work in the business full time and do not run competing ventures on the side. If you want something to own and check on twice a month, this is not it.

How It Works

Four steps, not a sales funnel.

Nobody signs anything on the first call. This is a long relationship, so we both get to take our time.

1

Call and talk

A real conversation about where you are now and what you want. No pitch deck.

2

Come see a shop

Spend a day in Yukon or Tulsa. Watch how the work actually runs before you decide anything.

3

Apply and get vetted

A real application, a background check, and more than one interview. We are handing somebody our name and our warranty, so this part is thorough on purpose.

4

Numbers, then a location

We walk through what it takes to open and what a shop realistically does. If it is a fit on both sides, we find the site and get the doors open.

Straight Talk

What we will not do.

A short list, so nobody wastes anybody's time.

We will not sell you a shop you cannot run.

If the fit is wrong, we will say so on the first call. It costs us more to fix a bad partnership than to pass on one.

We will not quote you a number on a web page.

What it takes to open depends on the building, the equipment already there, and the market. Anyone who gives you one number before seeing your situation is guessing.

We will not hand you a desk job.

This is not a model where the owner sits in an office reading reports. The owners here are in the shop.

We will not pretend you get the last word on everything.

Big money decisions get made together, and if we ever land on opposite sides of one, the final call is ours. That is the trade for us carrying the lease and the name.

We will not take your money to hold a spot.

There is no application fee and nothing to sign to start a conversation.

Before You Call

Ownership Questions, Answered

What does a 50/50 partnership actually mean?

You own half of the company that operates your shop. Patriot Garage Auto Repair LLC owns the other half. Both sides have real money and a real name in the outcome, and both sides share what it earns. It is a partnership, not a license to hang our sign on a building you had to go finance by yourself.

Who signs the lease and buys the equipment?

We do. Patriot Garage Auto Repair LLC signs the building lease and buys and installs the major equipment, and those assets stay ours. That is the wall most good shop people hit, and taking it off your back is the main reason this model exists.

Do I have to work in the shop full time?

Yes. Operating partners work in the business full time and do not run competing ventures on the side. Your attention is most of what you are bringing to the partnership.

What if I want out later?

We value the business on its assets, its debt, and how it is performing, and we get the first chance to buy your half. Nobody is trapped in this.

Do I need to have owned a business before?

No. Most good technicians have not. What matters more is whether you can diagnose, whether you treat people right, and whether you are willing to learn the business side with help.

What does it cost to open one?

It depends on the building and what equipment is already in it. We will not put a number on a web page that we cannot stand behind for your specific situation. We walk through real numbers with you before you commit to anything.

Where are you looking to grow?

Across Oklahoma. Yukon and Tulsa are open now. If you are somewhere in the state where you think a shop like this would work, tell us why on the call.

Can I keep working while we talk?

Yes, and you should. Nothing about this requires you to quit a job before there is anything to quit it for.

Do I get to hire my own people?

Yes. Your shop, your team. We will help you know what to look for, because hiring is the part that sinks most new shops.

What do you keep control of?

The brand, the warranty, and how customers get treated. Big money decisions get made together, and if we ever land on opposite sides of one, the final call is ours. Those are the terms for us carrying the lease and the name.

What is the first step?

Call 405-265-7311 and ask for Chuck. That is genuinely it.

Let's Talk

If you have thought about owning a shop, call us.

Ask for Chuck. Tell him where you are working now and what you want to build. That is the whole first step.
